Impeccable service!When my husband and I were taking in bids from local contractors for replacement windows we were on the fence on which one to select. I needed a new roof so I asked my friends who they recommend, Lyster was the most recommended so I asked for a quote from them and several other companies. Lyster came back with the best price but for the same quality.In just a few weeks (maybe 2?) the guys were out there getting the new roof on.Everyone was nice and the made sure to clean everything up when they were done. It was extremely easy on my part.Also, the roof looks great! We had a big storm the next week and it was great to see everything withstand the big test of nature.I especially want to thank Mike for not being a “pushy” sales guy like a few other were. I also wanted to thank the crew for staying late. They were working into the night Friday night to make sure they got everything done asap and I appreciated that SO MUCH. 100/10 would recommend.

Lyster Exteriors installed a new roof at my home and they did an excellent job. I worked with Jesse Eyre who was very helpful explaining the various roofing material options, warranty durations, and which shingle would provide me with the best results for the long-term. What impressed me the most was how professional and responsive Jesse was. The job was completed on time and the Lyster Team made sure all of the old roofing debris were cleaned up after the job. I had some seamless gutter installed on my home by Lyster. My husband came home from work, and said it looked like nobody had been there. I said, "look, the gutter is there". Had individual come out for deck and porch repair, was to receive estimate by email never received, never got call back or anything. If could give negative stars i would. We will need a roof in a few years along with gutters as well. I guess someone else will get that job. Very unprofessional

I called on a Wednesday for a small home repair. Thursday a representative came looked at the job gave me a quote that I accepted. Did the work on the spot. The employee was very conscientious. He did the job he was hired for cleaned up and was pleasant. I would call if I needed their assistance for another occasion.

Recently had our roof redone and used Lysters.At first, there wasn't very good communication and our roof wasn't completely done for a few months. We reached out a few times for a follow up and to see if we could get a few cosmetic issues resolved and finally got in contact with Jesse Eyre.Jesse has been responsive and has been helping us to get the last few issues resolved. Nearly a year ago we purchased a home that required a huge amount of work both interior and exterior. I had received good reviews from a close friend who had used Lyster services and called Dante Ottolini, service representative, whom she had used. First things first... Dante is one of the kindest and most patient gentleman that worked with us through nearly our entire project, which in the beginning seemed overwhelming. Through Covid delays and life circumstances he was able to help us in the many decisions and provide expert and seamless service for home and garage roofing, gutters, replacement windows and doors. He was available with quick callbacks, even during evening and weekend hours and talked us thru every question imaginable. It was his dedicated work that helped get us moving in the right direction. When questions and surprises came up with this very old and dilapidated structure, that is now home for our daughter, he was able to help us every time. When there were any problems or concerns, they were remedied right away. He set the best “first impression” for the company and carried thru.Special shout outs to Ken, team leader for door and window replacements and John, team leader for roofing for their expertise, professionalism and just plain hard work! Lyster did an amazing job on my house and garage roofs! The crew was efficient and the clean-up afterwards was impressive. Considering all of the shingles that had to be removed there were only a few TINY scraps left behind. In addition , the yard was not damaged at all!The roofs look great and the company reps I spoke with were all very professional. Why go anywhere else?

I needed work done to re-wrap the 2 columns under my front porch overhang that has experienced rot. They had 2 separate people come out to evaluate my project. Was told after the 2nd eval...a third would contact me. That never happened. 2 Weeks later I called the main number...who deferred me back to the last person who had been out. He of course never called me back after I left a voicemail. Terrible service...if you don't want the job at least tell me so I can move on. Would not recommend!!!

Called for estimate on gutter replacement, facia and soffit. Everything went fine, guy came out reviewed what needed to be done. Received email, manager turned job down, with no reason as to why. Must be my job isn’t large enough for them.

So many other roofing companies gave me the run-a-round or tried to con me into getting the entire roof replaced. No one else would call/email me in a timely manner.It was extremely refreshing when Cory Tyler came to the house within a couple days, shook my hand, and gave me a business card. The actual repair happened the day after the payment was confirmed. They were honest, fast, and communicated well.

Edit 4/17/21- I got a call after posting this and they told me someone was supposed to come out and do a final inspection with me. That never happened. They said they’d figure it out and call me back. No one ever called. No one ever came to do an inspection. It’s been 4 months since I posted this review and almost a year since I had services from them. Very upset by the lack of communication and customer service I’ve received overall.I really wanted to like this place as the person I dealt with was very nice. They were very unorganized scheduling my job. Upon completing it, they had thrown away several cases of brand new shingles, didn't correctly repair the flashing and a few other little things. It took over 3 months to get only some of the issues fixed and no one ever called me to schedule them showing up. They just randomly showed up months later, complained, left without saying anything and still only fixing one of the issues I had. I had also talked to my rep three separate times that the attic needed to be insulated when my roof was done and it was never done. Overall, I’m very upset with how this whole thing went given how much I spent.

The Team at Lyster Exteriors have done several projects for us and we have had a great experience each time. They are reliable and communicate well. They pick up after themselves and each team member is very professional. One of the biggest things that I have appreciated is their honesty. Lyster Exteriors did a very fine job tearing off my 25 year old roof and installing a new roof. The crew of 3 showed up on time, were pleasant, and worked hard and efficiently. Salesman and project manager Lee T was the best. His pricing was attractive and easy to understand, his technical expertise was invaluable and confidence boosting, and his personal ownership of my project was exceptional. When small issues surfaced he was at my house and in my attic and did whatever was necessary to make me a happy and satisfied customer. Five stars.

They replaced my roof in 2014 and a week or so ago I noticed that my skylight was leaking. I called on 7-28 and they were here today, 8-4, ans replaced it at no charge under the warranty. Great to work with.

We had a complete roof replacement in September. I was extremely happy with Lyster Exteriors, all the way from the help and quote provided by Dante to the crew that did the installation. I had been worried about having our replacement done due to the size and complexity of our roof, but the Lyster crew installed it quicker than I expected and did a top-notch quality job. It looks great. Not only was the price less than other quotes, but I was also able to include the Certainteed extended 5 star warranty in that price. Would definitely use Lyster again for any exterior work based on this experience.

Recently I contracted with Lyster Exteriors to have some restoration work done to my home, which is over 100 years old. The old siding was removed and replaced with new vinyl siding, as well as all the windows were wrapped in aluminum trim in the colors of my choice burgundy and white. The old wood trimmed front porch was also replaced with gray composite flooring along with white vinyl turned posts, railing, spindles and aluminum ceiling. Since my house is old, I requested everything to be as authentic as the the old look if possible, right down to how the pattern of the floor and ceiling was cut and placed to duplicate the old pattern. The job turned out to be beyond my expectations. It is beautiful thanks to the workers from Lyster ( Luke, my salesman as well as Lance, Johnny and Tim ) who used their talents, know-how and skills to do a remarkable job. They were also extremely hard workers, courteous, and easy to talk to about any concerns or questions I might have had. My old home is now absolutely beautiful....and, best of all, I will no longer ever have to paint anything again. Thank you so very much to Lyster Exteriors for doing such a phenomenal job for me......I would highly recommend them to anyone. Lyster redid our roof recently and the whole experience was awesome. Luke provided a detailed quote that was head and shoulders above the other quotes we received in terms of detail. He was up front and honest about the quote and educated us on what exactly they would be doing and why, which was so helpful for me since I have no prior knowledge on the subject.At the last minute, we contacted Luke and asked if the crew could add some sun tunnels and Luke didn't hesitate to accommodate our last minute request. We had planned to install in the inside portion of the sun tunnels ourselves and when we ran into an issue, Luke took time out of his schedule to come help after their part of the job was done. The crew that did our roof was amazingly efficient and worked incredibly hard. I'm sure a lot of companies may have been able to do this job, but the customer service we received from Lyster was unmatched. They were awesome to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Highly recommend.

So glad I choose Lyster for my siding project. My house looks great and everyone I dealt with at Lyster was knowledgeable and customer focused. I was impressed that their Sales rep had extensive product knowledge about siding, having been on the suplier side as well as having hands on experience. This came in handy when it came to helping me pick the right siding and shakes, as well as how to best wrap the windows, selecting the right colors and answering all my questions. Lyster stood out from other siding companies in that Lyster was the only company I found that provides insurance for their employees which others do not, so that I did not need to worry about someone getting hurt while doing my house. The Lyster crews that did my house were very skilled, fast and customer focused. I was impressed by the laser leveling they did to make sure the siding wrapped around the house and came back at the right level which didn’t seem easy to me considering all the coves and contours of our house. I loved the way the doors were wrapped to give the effect of a molding contour not just box molding. They did a terrific job making complicated cuts for the siding above our garage’s angled roof. I especially was impressed that the work that would be hidden by siding was done well even though no one would see it. The workers always took the time to address any question I had. Lyster’s scheduler gave me a schedule for my siding project and Lyster crews completed the project ahead of schedule. I am so glad I choose Lyster and highly recommend them.
